The "NanoScan SP Series" is a piezo-driven stage that enables high-precision positioning in the Z-axis operation. We offer three types of products with different operating ranges: you can choose from 400um, 600um, or 800um based on your application. By using an adapter, it can be mounted on electric stages made by Prior and many microscopes. With the closed-loop function, it operates accurately to the desired observation location.
